COVID-19

COSM 2022 COVID-19 Update – 11.23.2021

To ensure safety for all in-person participants in Dallas, COSM 2022 will be a COVID-19 vaccination (or negative test within 48 hours) REQUIRED event for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Verification of COVID-19 vaccination (or negative COVID-19 test) will be required for all in-person attendees and masks are required for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff. A virtual option will be provided (recorded audio and slides) about a week following the in-person meeting.

Verification of registered attendees’ vaccination status will be required and offered through a third-party. Attendee data or medical information will not be collected by COSM. If attendees prefer to verify this information during the onsite registration check-in, they may do so.

We sincerely appreciate your participation in keeping your colleagues safe. We look forward to seeing you this spring!

COSM 2022 COVID-19 Update – 6.10.2021

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) global pandemic has impacted the Combined Spring Otolaryngology Spring Meetings (COSM) and participating Societies’ meeting plans in both 2020 and 2021. However, based on the timing of the 2022 meeting, we expect to return to our traditional face-to-face meeting in Dallas, Texas, April 27 – May 1. We are currently exploring virtual components.

COSM Societies are planning a dynamic program and the Call for Abstracts are underway. We invite you to join us in the Lone Star State for a safe and educational meeting.

Our priority is the safety of our attendees and their patients, and a safety plan will be shared with registrants as we get closer to the meeting.

We look forward to seeing you in the spring!

Gregory Grillone, MD, FACS
Chair, COSM Secretaries Liaison Committee
