JOB OPPORTUNITY: OTOLOGY or NEUROTOLOGY
I would like to extend an invitation to consider joining me and my team at Ear Medical Group, a private practice Neurotology group in San Antonio, Texas. Ear Medical Group was founded in 1995 by me and Dr. James E. Olsson, who has since retired.
Currently, Ear Medical Group is comprised of two fellowship trained Neurotologists, Dr. M. Geraldine Zuniga Manrique and me. We are supported by three Neurotology Physicians Assistants, two highly experienced Doctors of Audiology, three Oto/Vestibular techs, and an allergy nurse. We have a very busy clinical practice centered around all aspects of Neurotology and related pathology. This comprises a complete Audio/Vestibular lab, allergy testing and treatment, and a successful hearing aid practice, which is run separately by a Ph.D. level Audiologist.
Early partnership track employment is available. Ear Medical Group offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Our practice is in the same building as an ambulatory surgical center that supports all our outpatient surgeries. Investment opportunities in the surgery center are available. We partner with a private practice skull base Neurosurgeon and Fellowship trained Head and Neck surgeon. Inpatient surgical support is available through the Methodist Healthcare System. We also partner with doctoral level physical therapists.
I am a Clinical Professor of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at UT Health San Antonio. If you are interested in participating in resident education, this can also be arranged. We have been involved in clinical trials for drug candidates for hearing loss and tinnitus in the past and are set up for future clinical research trials.
