All in-person participants, volunteers, partners, vendors and staff are required to observe the following Health & Safety Protocols put forth by the Combined Otolaryngology Spring Meetings for COSM 2023.

By attending, you agree to abide by and engage in certain health-and-safety-beneficial conduct while attending the event. This includes but is not limited to being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (completion of their primary series), submitting to wearing a mask in public areas when in close contact to others if deemed appropriate, engaging in appropriate physical distancing and not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.

If you begin to feel ill or manifest symptoms once you are onsite at the meeting, please isolate and contact cosmsupport@facs.org to let us know that you cannot attend due to illness.

COSM will continually review global conditions and reserves the right to update and/or change this policy as needed at any time.
