Combined Otolaryngology Spring Meetings
VIRTUAL
April 7-11

Virtual–The 2021 Combined Otolaryngology Spring Meetings (COSM)—a joint meeting of nine otolaryngological societies—will be held April 7-11, 2021, online. The meeting will feature hundreds of scientific presentations highlighting research in progress in otolaryngology (head and neck surgery). Each participating society presents its own highly educational scientific program to the more than 2,800 otolaryngologists and otolaryngology residents and medical students who typically attend the meeting.

The COSM program includes guest lectures by prominent leaders in surgery; numerous courses and scientific sessions; dozens of papers reflecting research related to current issues in the diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment of otolaryngology-related conditions; and 600+ scientific posters. A variety of companies will display products or services that provide solutions for managing diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck.

A list of sessions of interest to the press will be posted in early March. Registration details and materials are available now. Reporters who plan to cover the COSM should contact Denise Goode by phone at 312-287-2617, or by email at dgoode@facs.org.

The Combined Otolaryngology Spring Meetings is a scientific and educational symposium that was created in 1970 to help surgeons stay abreast of the latest trends and best practice methods in otolaryngology. The societies participating in the 2021 combined meeting are the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Broncho-Esophagological Association, American Head and Neck Society, American Laryngological Association, American Neurotology Society, American Otological Society, American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology, and the Triological Society.
