Below is an overview of the Exhibit Levels, fees, and what is included in each level. More detailed information can be found here.
**The above Exhibit Levels can be enhanced and space increased by 10’x10′ increments up to 10’x30′ for a fee of $3,500 per 100sqft. Each exhibit level includes pipe/drape and ID sign. The exhibit hall is carpeted. No furniture is included in any level (other than the General Session Tabletop Exhibits). Furniture is available through the official COSM decorator, GES, at the exhibitor’s expense.

Eligibility for Exhibiting
The exhibits are an extension of the continuing education program of COSM. For an application to be accepted by the COSM Secretaries Liaison Committee, the products and services must be related to the otolaryngology medical field.
Applications from companies that has never exhibited at COSM will be reviewed by the COSM Secretaries Liaison Committee for eligibility before assignment is made.
The materials required for review are:
o Background information on the company
o Promotional brochures/literature for all products and services to be exhibited
o A list of three medical meetings where the company has recently exhibited
The COSM Secretaries Liaison Committee reserves the right, even after an application has been approved, to refuse exhibits, curtail activities, or to close exhibits or parts of exhibits that do not, in the COSM Secretaries Liaison Committee’s determination, comply with its rules and regulations.
