COSM will issue a refund within 60 days from the March 16, 2020, conference cancellation date (May 15, 2020). All exhibitors will receive a refund confirmation via email after refund has been processed.

Will I receive a refund for additional exhibitor registrations purchased?
Yes, all additional exhibitor registrations will be refunded. Refunds will be issued automatically within 60 days from the March 16, 2020, conference cancellation date (May 15, 2020).
What if I previously canceled, will I receive a refund?
If you previously canceled, you will be automatically refunded within 60 days from the March 16, 2020, Conference cancelation date (May 15, 2020).
Should I contact the hotel to cancel hotel room reservation?
All hotel reservations made in the COSM hotel block (Hilton Atlanta, Sheraton Atlanta and Aloft Atlanta) will automatically be cancelled. There is no need to contact the hotel to cancel your room. An email conformation verifying cancellation will be emailed to you.
How can I get reimbursed for travel expenses?
Unfortunately, COSM cannot reimburse travel expenses. Please contact the airline, train service, etc. directly to inquire about reimbursement.
Can I purchase the COSM 2020 pre-attendee list?
Yes, exhibitors can purchase the pre attendee list. The list includes mailing addresses only, no phone or emails included. If interested, send email to jhambrick@facs.org.Important Phone Numbers
