Thursday, May 2: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

What is the Exhibit Setup & Teardown dates, times?
Setup: Wednesday, May 1: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Teardown: Saturday, May 4: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm

What is the cost of a single 8×10 Booth? What is included in exhibit fee?
The cost for a single 8×10 booth space is $37.50 per sq. ft. and includes:

  • Single 8×10 booth space with pipe and drape
  • 5 complimentary registrations
  • One 7×44 company ID sign

How many complimentary registrations are included with my exhibit space?
Each single 8×10 booth space includes 5 complimentary registrations. Additional registrations are $50 each.

Are exhibitors allowed to attend scientific sessions?
Yes, exhibitor badges provide access to most attend scientific sessions. Fees may apply to certain societies.

Are there advertising and marketing opportunities at COSM?
Yes, the Advertising & Marketing Brochure will be available in January 2019.

Can I host an event during COSM?
Yes, the Exhibitor Event Brochure (Satellite Symposium) will be available in January 2019.
