Friday, May 17 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday, May 18 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tabletop Exhibits will located at the Grand Ballroom Foyer on Wednesday, May 15 from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM and/or Sunday, May 19 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Fees for this additional opportunity will be posted by November 30th.
Note: COSM has designated 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM as a protected time for attendees to visit Exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall.
When is Exhibit Setup?
Exhibit Setup: Wednesday, May 15 8:00am – 4:00pm
When is Exhibit Teardown?
Exhibit Teardown: Saturday, May 18 4:00pm – 9:00pm

What is the fee to exhibit?
There are various levels of exhibiting that cater to many price points. For more details on the fees to exhibit, visit the Exhibitor Information webpage after November 30th.
Where do I send my application and payment?
All applications and payments must be submitted online. Final payment is due January 31, 2024. Any applications received after this date must include full payment.

How many complimentary registrations are included with each booth?
Silver Exhibitor: 5 badges
Gold Exhibitor: 10 badges
Platinum Exhibitor: 15 badges
Diamond Exhibitor: 20 badges
Additional badges can be purchased for $150 per badge.
Are exhibitors allowed to attend scientific sessions?
Yes, exhibitor badges provide access to most attend scientific sessions.

Are there advertising and marketing opportunities at COSM?
Yes, Advertising opportunities and marketing opportunities will be shared November 30th.
Can I host an event during COSM?
Yes, exhibitors can host a satellite symposium during the meeting. Your company must exhibit in order to host any events or meetings during COSM.
