Exhibit and Support Opportunities at COSM 2027
We’re excited to share that COSM 2027 — the Combined Otolaryngology Spring Meetings — will take place April 7–11, 2027, in Seattle, Washington, marking the first time in COSM’s history that the meeting has been held in Seattle.
For those less familiar with COSM: it brings together the membership of the nine COSM societies, otolaryngology–head and neck surgery trainees, medical students, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals to disseminate and exchange the latest cutting-edge clinical and basic scientific research. COSM is the premier educational and technology forum for the subspecialties in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery, drawing thousands of practitioners each year to advance their knowledge and, ultimately, the quality of patient care.
Please find linked the draft COSM 2027 prospectus for your budgetary planning. Sponsorship packages range from Silver ($4,350) to Diamond ($17,775), each including 10×10 booth space, complimentary registrations, and company listings in the mobile app and on the COSM website — with higher tiers adding push notifications, pre-/post-meeting attendee lists, and banner advertising.
We’re also excited to share a new hands-on opportunity this year. For $2,950, sponsors can turn their booth into a hands-on skills station, giving attendees real-time engagement with your technology. This add-on includes a COSM Hands-on Circuit logo for booth signage, dedicated push notifications through the meeting app, exhibit hall signage, and a featured website listing. A limited number of these opportunities are available.
The full prospectus will be available mid-September, and the exhibitor portal is scheduled to open by November 1st.
