April 27th-28th Mother Nature finally delivered the goods last night after a massive squall of heavy rain, wind and lightning! I can officially say that my lightning over the skyline dry streak is finally over after 2 1/2 years of absolutely no luck whatsoever haha! I kept telling myself that tonight would be the night I get something out of this and it didn’t disappoint. Dallas in monochrome pt.2 (horizontal edition). I’ve had a lot of fun making monochrome versions of my Dallas photos and for this one I’ve put together some of my best skyline photos to stand in the spotlight! What I like most about this is that you can take a 2024 photo and make it look like it came straight from the 1950s, those are the vibes I get when making these and I can’t help but to play 60s music in my head when I look at these haha.
