Thursday, April 19: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Friday, April 20: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday, April 21: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

What is the Exhibit Setup & Teardown dates, times?
Setup: Wednesday, April 19, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Teardown: Saturday, April 21, 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm

What is the cost of a single 10×10 Booth? What is included in exhibit fee?
The cost for a single 10×10 booth space is $2,900 and includes:

  • Single 10×10 booth space
  • 5 complimentary registrations
  • One 7×44 company ID sign
  • Pipe and drape

How many complimentary registrations are included with my exhibit space?
Each single 10×10 booth space includes 5 complimentary registrations. Additional registrations are $60 each.

Where is the Exhibitor Service Manual and how do I order services for my table?
Exhibitor Service Manual will be sent, under separate cover, via email.
